We offer a flat shipping rate of $15 on all orders within the United States, regardless of order size or weight.

Shipping Coverage
ITECH GLOBAL LLC currently ships exclusively within the United States. International shipping is not available at the moment. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order. ITECH GLOBAL LLC is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details.
Delays and Unexpected Circumstances
At ITECH GLOBAL LLC, we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines. However, delays may occasionally occur due to severe weather, courier disruptions, high-volume shopping periods, or public holidays. If any delay arises, we will notify you promptly.
Tracking Updates
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor its progress. You can track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website.
Shipping Method
We primarily use FedEx to ensure timely and reliable delivery of all orders. For faster delivery within 1 to 3 business days, we also offer shipping via DHL upon request (additional charges apply).
Order Cancellation & Address Modifications
If you need to update your delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel once the order has been processed and dispatched.
Wrong Address
If a product is returned due to an incorrect address, phone number, or email provided by the customer, the full cost of return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
